After numerous phone calls from them and explanations that I have a Mandate in place with my Credit Provider - they now insist that I send them a Bank Statement. I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT AGREEMENT WITH NORMAN BISSET - I HAVE ONE WITH MY CREDIT PROVIDER - SO KINDLY F-OFF!!!!!!!!!!
