Useless!!!

I paid my account that was written over by Edcon on 25th of October. After weeks they finally gave me a paid up letter. It's the 12th February and they have not sent anything to credit bureaus. It says. I'm in arrears by 9 months. What's the point of paying if you guys are not gonna send that kind of information for updates???? I paid another account same months but they've updated everything already. Norman Bisset is useless!!! Their calls are not even going through now.
