Unproffessional company - Harrasing a wrong person

This company somehow has my cellno on their records for a completely random person, but I have no dealings with this company or debt . I will be laying a harrasment charge against them. Their call centre agents is rude and unproffesional. They slam the phone down in your ear when you tell them they have a wrong person and the phone number does not belong to their client. And continue to contact you and sent threatening sms. I spoke to some sort of a manager already who promised me that my phone number will be removed, but it doesnt and the harrasment continues. I have had enough of this and will lay a formal police charge of harrasment.
