Unprofessional and Rude
Unprofessional and rude agents with no listen s****. I settled my account in December 2019 and to date I have been receiving calls to pay. When I ask them to investigate none of the does that but they keep calling because that's where they make money. I wrote emails to no avail and now they just buzz my phone and when I answer they hang up in my ear. I am so fed-up with these people.
