Unfair victimization

Wish I could give minus stars . A consultant calls me up wanting to speel to my wife when I ask what about I get informed that it is private after trying to explain that she can explain to me she tries to hang up suspecting what it's about I ask if it is about ............ she confirmed my thoughts so much for it being a private matter this account has been paid up for more than fifteen years and I have the documents to prove it yet I ceep being harrased about it I am getting slightly sick of this
