Unfair treatment

<p>I have an account with Jet and itbwas handed over to some lawyers called normbisset. I was paying my normbisset via debit order until i called them in september 2016 to get my settlement amount as i wanted to settle the account. I spoke to karabo whom i was told he is handling my account. He gave me the settlement amount and he said i can even pay at edgars and i did that was before the 20th of september whn i paid the settlement amount at edgars. But to my suprise am still getting calls from the company to say i still owe the account. I have been comminicating with karabo and with no luck he still can't help me.</p>
