You have been appointed by tracker to harass me for monies, when I have duly cancelled tracker and moved to another tracking company as of October 2014.<br> <br> This I concede is not your fault but as a result of having a customer who is *********** in administrative function, however your choice to represent said customer is YOUR choice.<br> <br> Now for your ********* business approach, you are claiming funds without verifying validity or initiating any communication, your modus operandi of threat that you have ALREADY reported me to a credit bureau sans verification is an indictment on your lack of good business practice, as a result, it is my opinion that you are a negative 'blot' on the legal profession and as such I will be forwarding this complaint to the Law society of South Africa.<br> <br> To add insult to injury I tried to amicably resolve, however I refuse to deal with a call centre or any subordinate as a matter of principle, I tried asking for a partner or your CEO and was sent between your reception and call centre with nobody knowing their left from their right.<br> <br> I believe your scare tactics are designed to intimidate the settlement of even bogus claims from the less savvy. Shame on you.
