Undue harassment - about to report to Law Society and Ombudsman.

Why on EARTH do you keep calling me? I do not have ANY accounts whatsoever. If you are calling because of a family member who is in arrears somewhere along the line, please note that by constantly contacting me, you are in contravention of the Debt Collection Act Code of Conduct of 1998, as gazetted. According to said Act you may not contact or constantly harass family members, employers or the spouse of a debtor unless they are sureties for the debt. Unless you can furnish me with a copy of a contract or surety agreement I have signed, which you cannot do as these do not exist, I am NOT interested in hearing from you. Kindly remove me from your communication list immediately, as I feel that I am being harassed, and will seek my own legal counsel forthwith should you refuse to desist. If this continues, I will lay a complaint with not only the Law Society, but also the Ombudsman.
