UNCULTURED DELIQUENTS

These are the most disgusting, uncultured, cunning, and *********** bunch of people I have ever dealt with. My Query has been going on for 6 months and I'm still waiting for a "Julie" the manager to call me.

I contact these people every single day to try and have my query resolved and every day their TL, Supervisors, and Managers are in a meeting no matter what time you call during business hours.

Today I had the shock of my life when I requested a call back from any superior and the agent rep**** "You Don't Tell Me What To Do" and hangs up..wow well done on the customer service for a legal financial collection firm.

Pathetic can some1 with a brain cell call me.
