Trying to obtain money with lies

I just received a call regarding a closed planet fitness account. I'm being informed that I owe 10 000 by Norman Bisset for Planet Fitness. I told the consultant this account should be closed and enquired how I owe 10 000 and I was informed I must go to a plant fitness branch and they are working from home so they can't email me details or statements etc or assist in clarity. How when they are supposedly acting on behalf of planet fitness?

So not only is money being demanded by this company, but they want for me to pay without any explanations and will not assist when it's clear there are conflicting positions.
