Trying to Collect Prescribed Debt is ******* !

Can Norman Bisset & Assoc. explain why they are trying to collect on a prescribed debt, when this practice was deemed to be ******* since the amendment of the National Credit Act in March 2016 ?
I do not believe that I am the only one.
This alleged debt prescribed well over 8 years ago.
