Trapped by Creditors

I had been paying an installment on a debt but requested to settle t in full. I made an arrangement with the call center agent who responded to my request, we agreed on a debit date for the settlement and that I would get a settlement letter soon afterwards. The debit was made but the letter never came. Its almost a month now I have been calling the call center, the agents keep referring me to other people who do not assist me. Apparently, now nobody knows who is supposed to send a settlement letter. I am still listed in their database as someone in debt and therefore cannot get financing for anything and I am still black listed.<br> <br> Now they've emailed me a balance sheet of the account and not a settlement letter. I need a settlement letter Pleeease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
