Tracker accout

Hi Guys this client made me to pay R500 last year so that they can close my tracker account i have made payment last year later they have activate my tracker account while i told them i have sold the car i don't have a car anymore then they decided to activate the tracker account and now they are busy calling me left and write telling me i owe them money of which they didn't tell me they are reconnecting the tracker
