Too many charges

One of my accounts was handed over to this company. I was paying monthly only to find out that they charge you monthly fees as well as interest on your balance. Including charges for every phone call even if they don't reach you. They charge multiple times only God knows if they try calling or not because I never saw any missed calls on my phone.

It feels like **************** being charged all of these fees especially when my balance increases every month even though I am making payments.

When I call in to ask about the fees somehow the call just drops no matter which number of theirs I call. I even tried their whatsapp line, still no response.

I've made an arrangement on the app but their call centre still calls me!!! I get charged for those calls too!!! What is going on??? Are you happy to rob people?
