I have been waiting for my refund since 2021. You people took money out of my account without my authorization. You asked me to send my documents to prove all this, which I did then you simply seized all communication after that. I want my money and I am not going to leave this alone. Taking money out of someone's account without their permission is *****ing and against the law. I want my money back!!!
