THEY DO NOT LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have an account that was handed over, and agreed i owe the money but i put myself under Debt Review, yet you send these people the 17.2 forms and they still phone 5 times a day. I am gatvol of explaining the same story to somebody different. Sort your backend systems out. Your dialer is calling customer incorrectly. I work with our Dialer and i can tell you our **** works perfect. yours is not wrapping the calls up or saving the notes for future calling. Fix the backend systems. or phone me and i will fix it for you</p>
