The least you can do is respond

Ive been trying to get through to Norman Bisette for a few days now to no avail it's ridiculous the way I'm spending time and money on all the calls that I've made all I need is to get details to pay my edcon account so I really don't know what is so difficult about that the agent always takes down my details saying we would call you back but guess what still no call.
