Terrible service and incorrect balance

I have a serious problem with the Norman Bissett & Associate group, in october 2020 i had outstanding balance of R1700 after i complained the payment that was not included in my account, last month i received a call from their consultant telling me that my balance is R2000, i fail to understand how come it went to R2000 from R1700 after a month. Now again i made payment last month of R150, again i receive sms that they did not receive my payment i paid and emailed proof of payment. i feel ****** because seem like my account wont be paid up. their system or their consultants are not doing their work, i am really disapointed. i will really appreciate if their manager solve this problem.
