I have a payment arrangement ,I cannot just settle money ,how on earth do you expect me to settle,i have an arrange for so long but you keep calling me asking me when am i going to settle ,dont irritate the hell out of me I have better things to do ,do you think is you call me consistently I will magically settle when I dont have money
