Stop harassing me- provide proof.
I'm now exhausted. I've been receiving from this agency regarding a debt that is entirely unfami**** to me. I want to be unequivocal: I do not acknowledge owing any amount, nor am I aware of any gym membership contract. and I am saying this for the final time!
I have requested for concrete proof (the contract, the name of the gym and the contact details, the invoices , and everything the debt is based ) and I have received nothing. PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF and stop harassing me with your the relentless calls and text messages cause I will keep saying I'm unfami**** with the contract and you say "okay" but do not provide proof when asked. Failure to provide evidence and continued harassment will compel me to take legal action.
