Still no feedback or action taken

<p>I paid up an account with Norman Bissett about 2 weeks ago. I made an enquiry with the lending company before being handed to Norman Bissett, and they have still not been informed that this account is paid up in full and should be closed. I am also waiting all this time for a paid up letter confirming it is all paid up but no action has been taken as yet</p>
