I have a huge problem, I have been requesting for my statement to be sent to me every month-end after receiving payment and I still don't receive anything, I don't know how much I owe now, all I know is that the balance never goes down. Nonetheless, all I have been asking for is to receive my balance statements every month. Can I have my current statement today please and ever month after that. I'm just paying and I don't know how much is left.
