I have been paying on an account from 2011. I have asked on numerous occasions for the balance still owing. I have been promised the statements but nothing happens. I have seized all payments until I receive the amount owing in writing from your client Mashreq Bank. Have a lovely day...I definitely will...more money in my purse to go buy myself a nice dress and fancy shoes. :)
