SMS Victimisation re: non existent Nashua Mobile Account
<p>I never owed Nashua any money yet out of the blue NBA started sending sms messages demanding money from me and sms to entice me to setup a debit order in favour of them with Standard Bank. You can never reach their offices as they experience high call volumes and if you opt to be call back they never call back either. I can't see why I must pay telephone calls to sort this out as there is no debt from my side.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a debt collector and a Finacial institution it will leave me no option as to forward a complaint to the Council for Debt Colectors and to The FSB. The ref they use is 3NSH049057.</p>
