sms received about prescribed debt
I have now received 2 smses and phone calls from a private number which i suspect is the same place contacting me regarding an amount which has prescribed years ago. The National Credit Amendment Act, published 13 March 2015 prohibits the sale and collection of Prescribed Debt.<br> Sms's and random calls not of concern until i received a telephone call to my work landline. THIS NEEDS TO STOP OR ILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. I KNOW MY RIGHTS
