Settlement Letter still not received 4 months after payment

I have since settled my account in September but still have not received my settlement letter even after sending through numerous emails with the proof of payment. My account with FNB was also not settled in full as advised.

I keep calling and no one ever gets back to me or I am placed on hold until the phone cuts. This is unacceptable as my name has not been cleared either.
