Settlement letter
I have an account with Altech netstar which i made arrangements with them to pay R3312.33 on the 23rd December, which is i paid the amount of R3320 on the 23rd an today wen i check the balance they telling me i owe the R756 which is their explanation is i didn't pay settlement amount agreement and that surprised me I have copy of Sms an proof of payment
