Settled account but keep deducting and sending sending statements of more money that needs to be paid

I got a discount to settle an old account which I wasn't supposed to pay but you keep sending me emails and statements of an absurd amount of money that needs to be paid. I have emails back to back with one of your collections guy Madimetsa Sefara. Now I cant even stop or reverse your debit orders. Fix this before it escalates further.
