service sucks

i have settled my account with you guys on behalf of edcon and i received a 30% discount on the 27/05/2019 which i was told the paid up letter will be sent within 7business days till today i have not recived it and i am being told that you waiting on edcon and edcon says that they waiting on you guys to confirm if the discount was provided its more than five times i am wasting my airtime and calling your company with no joy in this query i need this sorted out i did not want to know who does your laundry all i want is my paid up letter you need to sort out your back office work with edcon
