Dear Colleen, thank you for your call and you involvement in this interminable on-going saga. Credit where credit is due and I would like to thank you for bringing our matter to a close. I suppose that being involved in debt collection cannot always be easy but the fact remains that Nimble, like other well known debt collection agencies are guilty of using highly suspect procedures to get people to pay up. If anything positive can be extracted from our relationship, it would that, whatever you do, do not get into debt. But this is not as easy as it sounds and I think that banks who make it so easy to borrow money due to reckless credit-granting need much tighter regulation to their free and easy approach to lending out money and to the profit they make with their usurious rates of interest. Having said that, it was nice to speak to a voice of reason this morning as opposed to the usual hectoring, badgering indecipherable phonecalls we usually recieve at some ungodly hour.
