selling us dreams and no delivery

Last month i was called by an Agent called Lerato Marute, who promised me the world, if i pay the fees, my name would be removed from under debt counselling as i have cancelled, i will get a clearance certificate blah blah blah, with in 48 hrs. as soon as i pay the money, suddenly no one knows the agent in their call center, or i will be told there is many Leratos there which one?? my name has not been removed i am husttling to even get the Agent that i spoke with, and so today i called i was given an email adres for Bhekid@normanbissett, still no response. i am so tired and drained by all this, i have called your call centre 100 times no one seems to know anything!! pathetic service i have ever got from any service provider.
