Scandalous call centre

Another debt collector shark, has managed to get a hold of my cell phone number and my work number. They claim to charge me for every call they make (nobody agreed to this - SCANDALOUS.) Then before the call gets transferred to me they have already hung up. The same thing happens on my cell phone, as I pick up they put down. I confronted the caller when she eventually decided to wait for me to engage and as soon as I asked her about it she hung up on me again. Sounds to me like a very ********** and ******* debt collector. I also asked for a statement from them as to the amount outstanding, they actually laughed at me again and them put the phone down. Unacceptable in any degree. How can anyone engage or try and settle any financial debts when the collectors are even more ******* than the North West Municipality.
