Rude, unprofesdional
Unprofessional rude consultant... The lady calls me and ask me to confirm date of birth, I ask what is this about. She says is a dstv account I owe. I dont have dstv atleast for 2 years. She insist i confirm my date of birth. I said no she hanged up. I guess i will not know how much i owe dstv and for what.
