RUDE STAFF

I just got the rudest call from a lady @ Norman Bisset. I had to repeat myself so many times and asked her to call me back, and all she could say was "are you refusing to make an arrangement " even when I kept telling her to call me back. I got so frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor and instead she cut the call. They REALLY need to train their staff as that was nothing short of harassment and the next time she calls I will report her to the debt collectors councel
