Rude & harrassing phone calls

I understand you need to collect the money but all I am asking and asked several times is too remove my work number!! I never gave this to you and I never gave permission for you to use it. My boss is furious as we are not allowed to receive personal calls. I requested to be phoned after 17:00. Your agent Cheryl has been phoning me non-stop at work. And when I told her that I am not in a position to make a payment she was really rude. I feel that she was really unprofessional and disrespectful. After receiving that rude call, I spoke to Kelly-Anne Jacobs through Whatsapp and she was really helpful and friendly.
