Rude & arrogant!!!

I received a SMS to call NBA urgently icw arrears on my Edgars account (ref no ***9). I gave BARBARA MYBURGH the ref no & told her that my acc is, in fact, in debit. She told me it must be my husband's acc then. I told her that he's never had an Edgars acc, which she argued with. After telling her that the person she's looking for isn't my husband, she told me that it IS my husband's acc & he MUST phone them to confirm. At this point I was fuming due to her arrogance & told her the info I gave her IS accurate! When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me that a supervisor isn't in the office today (surprise!). She wanted my contact no \to remove it from the system"- I don't divulge personal info to strangers & refused to give it to her. The ref no I had given her should be connected to the info she \""requires\""! (The acc was opened in 2003 - I met my husband in 2007! He's never updated info on an acc he doesn't have! IF he had an acc"
