Rude and unprofessional

I received a call from your employee that was rude and unprofessional. I informed me he is calling me from a about my edgars account opened in1997. Yes 19 years ago i told him according to my knowledge this was paid under administration and paid up . I asked him if ge knows that if i havent been contacted within 5 years for an account it should be prescribed. He said\ i dont know and I don't care. Just pay. I have not been called about this account in 19 years and you want to call me now? According to the ncr it should have been prescribed!!!!"
