Ripping ua

On 25th June I owed R4,485.16, I paid R3500, my balance was then R985.16, they added a fee of R414, the balance increased to R1 399,16 I paid R1400 thinking m closing the account they added another fee. They say I owe then R160. On top of everything they just write "fee" no further description.
