Ridiculous Bad Debt Recover from NBA

I am very frustrated. Been receiving SMS's, Telephone calls and emails for at least 2 year from NBA Claiming that I owe an amount of R3055.76 to Edgars. I have never had and never will have an Edgars account. I am not a fan of Edgars Franchise - why on earth will I buy from or support a company that I don't like, or even worse open an account with such company. To top it all - when I refuse to acknowledge a debt that I don't know about or refuse to acknowledge an account which I never had - I'm told that I have to go to my nearest Police station for an affidavit / declaration. Don't even know where these people get your contact details from. Really ****es me off. Please remove my details from your systems and records. In full view of the public.
