Remove debt of my credit record
Good day
I settled my Getbucks account end of January and received a paid up letter but you guys still haven't removed this from my credit record. It's reflecting badly on me. Please ensure that this doesn't appear on my record end of March.
I've tried calling and emailing but several times.
Please sort it out.
