Prescribed letter
I have called last month on the 23rd to ask for a prescribed letter for my account that's more than 5 years ago.The agent confirmed that all my accounts are prescribed on her side and she requested a prescribed letter that will take 31 Days for me to get it.But up until today I have not received anything and my stuff are delayed!!! This is so wrong asking myself why for 6 years you guys still held me hostage on credit status but knowing exactly that everything was supposed to be wiped off?? I need a response on this ASAP with the prescribed letter before I go my lawyers and the media about this.My email *** contact ***
