Prescribed debt - Harrasment at work.
Constantly being sent sms's and e-mails regarding a petty amount which has prescribed years ago. The National Credit Amendment Act, published 13 March 2015 prohibits the sale and collection of Prescribed Debt.<br> Sms's and random calls not of concern until my employers were contacted. An immediate cease of all contact is required or counter legal action will be taken.
