Prescribed debt

I have been harrassed by staff from Norman Bisset & Associates for money outstanding for ABSA bank (one day it is a credit card and the next day it is a personal loan of R49 000) Firstly, I cannot recall that I had a personal loan or credit card from ABSA dated back to 2001 and secondly according to my knowledge IF this was my debt it has prescribed according to the National Credit Amendment Act. A debt has prescribed when<br> * the debt was incurred more than 3 years ago ( It is 14 years ago!!!!)<br> * No payment has been made over the last 3 years<br> * The credit provider has not pursued legal action to recover the debt in the last 3 years.<br> <br> SO PLEASE STOP HARRASSING ME!!!!
