Prescribed debt
Keep getting calls and emails from a Charnelle Meyer from Norman Bisset with regards to a debt that has prescribed over 4 years ago. <br> <br> The National Credit Amendment Act, published 13 March 2015 prohibits the sale and collection of Prescribed Debt.<br> <br> So please explain why after a lengthy discussion with this women on the phone - i am now receiving emails etc.<br> <br> For the last time - this debt has prescribed - back off!!!<br> <br> ***<br>
