Prescribed ***

For the past few months, my husband has been getting sms's on a regular basis claiming he owes ABSA an amount of R13 653.55 My husband closed his ABSA account more than 10 years ago and there was nothing outstanding on this account. After numerous phone calls informing NBA of this and also telling them that should there be anything outstanding it has Prescribed and it is ******* to contact clients on Prescribed accounts. Still they keep on harassing my husband. Should this not stop, I will have no other option but to report them to the Collections Boards. Should they not know what prescribed means, it is accounts where no payment of promise to pay has come in for 3 or more years.<br> Please remove my husband from your list of clients to harass!!
