PRESCRIBED
I receive an sms from this firm regarding a ww account of 4 years ago during which period I have had absolutely zero communication from anybody. They are even harassing my wife. When I phoned in three times,the people on the other end of the line actually laughed at me!!! This debt is PRESCRIBED and as such I want it SETTLED AND THE MATTER CLOSED. I will take this to the credit ombudsman as well as social media. I am not surprised that there are 246 complaints against your firm!!!
