Poor service

If there was less than 1 star then that is definitely what I will give this company. I contacted NBA and their consultants who holds no telephone etiquette advised me she will follow up on the matter I must just hold on. I held on the line and it just got quiet , just to realise no one is on the line. I called back and an *********** employee of NBA answered the call and said she the consultant I spoke to previously is on lunch she will ask her to call me back and was ready to end the call. She had no interest in assisting me or had any way of speaking. I asked her to escalate to management and she said she will get one of the managers to attend to it when they can. Which Definitely did not sound soothing. Bitter taste in my mouth concerning this company. I would never want to deal with this company ever again. Sad part is their Higher management won't even get to see this complaint. This company is a disgrace
