Poor service

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Spoke to Phulani who was suppose to send me a paid up letter and get 5 phone calls asking for payment after i made arrangements with her to pay it off in 2 months with discount. She has escalated NOTHING!!!! This is really frustrating as i get a phone each day asking for payment WHICH I MADE ALREADY OVER 2 MONTHS (Feb and March). Please check calls that were made and also she has escalated NOTHING!!!! Poor service that started with her.
