Poor poor very service if any

So ive begin to recieve emails now for about 5 months from the above mentioned claiming that i owe money to certain groups . firstly i asked for a detailed statement showing me how and why owe money via email and off al the times i phoned only got an answer once. This people just go on threatening me every month with their emails and just dont respond to me? When i did talk to a consultant she couldnt tell me why i owe money and from when and hiw their interest rate works like. Ive been waiting for statements for a few months now and i reply after every mail to the mentioned emial adress i get but they dont answer me and everytime the amount i owe goes up. This is poor poor service. Really and i wont pay anything i dont know about. Please start to do ur job
