Poor customer service

<p>I called Norman Bissett & Associates Group after I received a message that I have to pay my MTN account handed over to them. I called them 5 times to ask for my account statement a lady by the name of Thandi Zulu gave me attitude, told me that I don’t have to get my account because I owe them money. I sked them nicely because I wanted to pay the account and for me to pay I have to know how much have been handed over to them. I ended paying R1000 and when try to call them and ask for he statement after I have paid that 1000 their manager told me that he will email it to me. It’s been two weeks now and I am waiting for the account statement but they continued to harass me with their SMS's that I owe them money.</p>
